The National Educational Association of Disabled Students reserves the right to change, modify or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time. A link to this document is provided throughout this site, and it is your responsibility to check it for any updates.

By registering with NOWS you agree to abide by the following:

• You are either studying at a Canadian post-secondary educational institution or you are someone who has graduated from a Canadian post-secondary educational institution within the last two years
• You are hereby disclosing that you are a person with a physical, learning and/or other disability
• You are eligible to work in Canada
• The information you provided about yourself in your registration profile and/or your resume is accurate
• You are prohibited from uploading anything other than your resume onto this site
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
• You are responsible for any use of your username and password, including any unauthorized or unlawful activity
• If you feel your username and password have been compromised, it is your responsibility to immediately inform the National Educational Association of Disabled Students
• Any information and/or content provided on this site is for the sole use of account holders and may not be shared
• You understand that the National Educational Association of Disabled Students does not prescreen or otherwise verify the accuracy of employment offers listed, and assumes no liability resulting from any misrepresentation and/or interactions with an employer on this site
• You understand that by posting your resume and/or applying for an opportunity, the National Educational Association of Disabled Students makes no guarantee that you will secure an interview and/or an offer of employment
• The National Educational Association of Disabled Students may suspend NOWS at any time without notice
• The National Educational Association of Disabled Students reserves the right to suspend the account of anyone found to be in violation of any of the Terms of Use at any time
• While the National Education Association of Disabled Students makes every effort to secure the privacy of the information provided by its users, NEADS accepts no responsibility or liability for any unauthorized or unlawful use of account holder information
• You agree to indemnify the National Educational Association of Disabled Students, its directors and employees from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of NOWS or your breach of these Terms of Use
